About Us
International Advisers is an organization specialising in debt collection. We employ a staff of experienced and enthusiastic collectors and work closely with a large international network of lawyers. Our head office is located in Amstelveen (the Netherlands). Our organization operates its own network of agencies, aided by exclusive agreements with other collection agents and also legal experts and practitioners in many countries around the world. Our entire operation is co-ordinated and run from the Netherlands. It is this combination of debt collectors and legal experts that makes our organisation unique.
No Cure No Pay
International Advisers works on a No Cure No Pay basis. Customers only pay upon recovery of the debt in question. If, after consultation with the customer, a recovery action is started, it is only the costs pertaining to a procurator and a process server that are charged to the customer. We believe in a No Cure No Pay pricing structure for the following reasons: it means that the risk run by our customers is minimal and ensures that we will always do our utmost to achieve the best result.
Familiarity with local legal systems, languages and collection practices
Upon receipt of a debt collection order, we straight away instruct our colleagues located in the country in which collection is to be made to approach the debtors. Our colleagues are all experienced, well- informed debt collectors, legal experts and practitioners. Feeling quite at home in the language, regulations and collection practices of the country in question, means that they are capable of handling matters efficiently. Especially in a country whose customs and practices are different, the level of experience and expertise of the person acting on your behalf can make all the difference.
One counter only for world-wide service
While a recovery action is carried out locally by our colleagues working on the spot, all contact between International Advisers and our customers, however, is channelled through head office. This centralisation means that our customers know exactly where to direct their queries and can be kept optimally informed of any progress made; it also means that our colleagues on the spot can devote themselves to the matter in hand: collection of the debt.
Keeping your debtor as a customer
International Advisers' priority is the collection of outstanding debts. We realise that the way in which that happens is crucial. We also realise how important it is for our principals not to lose the debtor altogether as a customer because of the prevailing situation. International Advisers goes about its work, bearing this in mind, and often succeeds in creating a situation in which the debtor reverts to being a customer who pays promptly.
